dont supose u have a painted or powdercoated alternator bracket?????

when i rebuilt my series 1 i had chargeing issues & it was cos the alternator wouldnt earth to the block cos the bracket was powdercoated. (earth alternator to battery with a jump lead to test)

u checked its charging?????
