My 2nd set of hubs arrived yesterday, so checked the new CV joint would go in.

Drivers side is a perfect fit. Passenger side isn't. Obviously is a problem with the hub not the CV.






So it's the same problem I had before, just on the opposite side. Cannot for the life of me work out why it won't go through though. Cleaned the splines out, cleared the grooves with a flatblade screwdriver and lubed it up so it was greasier than a slip n slide. Still no joy. At least I have a pair of good hubs now, (and a pair of bad hubs).



The good passenger side one is fitted to the car currently, so will have to do that later, but fitted the longer studs to the drivers side.
