Yesterday my Bosch AeroTwin 26"/16" flat blade wipers arrived, so fitted them straight away. Massive improvement on the previous flat blades I had... they are much better quality, fit the arms much better and look nicer and more OEM. Plus they get rid of that annoying dribble in the middle of the windscreen.

They're not quite perfect though, might try and cut the passenger side one down by 1/2 an inch, just to make the fit better and the sweep of each blade line up.


Also I bought a flip key before on eBay and got it cut, but when I tried to programme it the remote just wouldn't work with the car, despite transmitting on the right frequency and being picked up by a stand-alone signal receiver. The key actually worked when it came to the ignition though, started the engine fine and everything, just wouldn't lock/unlock the doors and boot. The seller was reasonable though and firstly sent out a replacement, when that didn't work, he took them both back for a refund and let me keep the key half for £5.

Anyway, I finally ordered another one off ebay and it works perfectly, programmed it tonight. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/320924881116#ht_2577wt_956

Finally got a couple of pics last night in the car park. It's dirty and its taken on an iPhone, but it just looks so much better than it did last month!
