head light bulbs can just blow any time they don't last for ever as for the indicator bulb
you may have a lose bulb holder which every now and then the bulb will come lose and that's what your problem is easy to fix just take out the bulb holder remove bulb and use a long nose pliers and gently pinch the bulb holder together the refit everything back job done
