are you taking the pi55 the buyer gave you £100 for items never received so you should pay the full amount it is not the buyers fault you sent the items the cheapest way possible, if something is of value I always send special recorded delivery insured to £500 just because you could only claim £40 does not mean your buyer gets £40 its your fault plain and simple
