I fit loads and have to cut down a few, but as said the thread depth is not the same on all diff casings so we made them long enough to be correct for the deep ones, not too big a job to cut them down.

I guess the other option is to get customers to measure the thread depth so we can supply the bolts required, but that seems just as much work as cutting them down,
