Default MOT emission test fail, advice please

Hello

Right I'm in need of some help and advice. Just put the wife's 2001 focus 1.6 zetec in for an mot and it failed on emissions, readings are

Test one
Speed <0.3℅ 4.85℅
Hc <200ppm. 389ppm
L. 0.95-1.09. 0.867

Test two
Speed <0.3℅ 6.39%
Hc <200ppm. 468ppm
L. 0.95-109. 0.821

Natural idle test
Speed. <0.5% 2.46%

So I'm thinking doing a full service, plugs oil filter and flush, as its been 4000miles 2 year since last but what else, lambna maybe? Its not long since had a cat, maybe 12 month ago at the most. Anything else?

Last year it was fine and had good readings, I have had the cam belt done this year if that makes a difference, plus the car does seem to be a little down on power.

Any ideas?

Adam
