you wont get them off with out bending them as the got a thin metal strip going down the middle that's why no one will take them off for you you have two ways of doing this
1 buy a new set and paint them
2 take your time and tape around the door strips and paint them on the car
done a pair this way on my mates ST150 came out 100% well happy with the job
