Excellent thanks for your help guys.
I just had it clarified, no date is required for rallying but obviously it has to be a regulated fire extinguisher (which they are) of course the gauge has to be green and has to weigh the required amount (if the scrutineer was being formal)
The issue with indate is more so with racing
