Hi im currently building my first stage rally car which isnt the issue

The issue is:
What is the rule on out of date extinguishers? I have looked in the MSA blue book and I have the right extinguishers but they are passed there service date but still in the GREEN!! so what is the rule? I have looked on the MSA FAQ's and is says there is no requirements but I know what scrutineers can be like?

i cant remember the bloody other question but gaurantee i walk outside and remember it
