Aight, its time to show whats going on in the garage!
Last year i build myself a single turbo 2,9l v6 Ford Sierra.
I never tested it on the dyno but i should have make somewhere around 350hp.
The engine itself was left bonestock!
just like it was when it left the factory in the late 80s
I used Megasquirt ecu, 630cc injectors and it run on E85 fuel.
The boost was on 1,2bar.
i did a 12,36 sec run at Mantorp park.
And alot of playtime to!
That was last year and i feel that i would like to keep building on this car.
The Ford V6 engine was great fun to drive and it worked awesome all summer long!
But you get to confident with 350hp after some time

Thats why i will change the engine for this year....
Since i like Ford and cause it is a Ford engine i chose to run on a Cosworth V6 with 24valve heads, called BOB.
The plan is to left the bottom end stock, except a rebuild with new gaskets and bearings and so on.
I bought a scorpio cosworth and keept everything i need.
The engine worked well before i took it out.
The engine somehow had som damage inside.
I couldn´t find any signs of other damage done to other parts.
A stock piston made by Mahle.
All 6 of them
I wonder if they´ll handle almost 100hp each
The stock plenum looks rubbish, so ill build a new one in aluminium.
Will also build a own fuelrail, exhaustmanifold and exhaust.
The goal is to run at least 1,5bar.
With the stock compratio of 9.7:1 the first thing that goes should be the headgaskets so to fix that i will o-ring the block and run on E85 fuel.
That and a good map should hold it togheter.
Alot of change´s will also be done on the car.
I will put in a full rollcage, new seats, hydralic e-brake etc.
But first i have to fix the RUST
Thats it for now !
