Regarding your last sentence about the FRS spare wheel, this might sound a bit blond/thick but that did occur to me when i posted the thread up originally but i thought i might be able to pick up a cheap secondhand ST220 alloy easier and cheaper than an RS wheel.
with the frs chassis being so firm you only need to get the jack under it and it lifts both front and back.remove front wheel,remove rear wheel and put on front then put space saver on front mate,it takes about 3-4 mins extra and the spacesaver fits in the back nicely with the std foam padding
