got the rear cossie seats in as had the cloth in before so new wot i was doing, except had the cloth wrapped round onion lower bench but with the leather that wasnt goin to be as simple so got a leather escort lower bench that my friend had wich was an absolute touch... but the side bolsters being leather needed a little brute force n ignorance, well happy now!! interior jus needs dash finishing with the repair and then alarm fitting. couple door cards to.

fronts looking the part now!!! light is poor over garages so excuse the rubbish pics!

rear ends just waiting on the number plate srround, paid for it 3 weeks ago n annoyingly playing the dam waiting game!!!! light is in tho!! door handle needs putting on drivers door only cos the windows down n in the way, il get power to the ignition in nx couple days n pop that on (then can do mirrors and doorcards)

apart from wheels this is almost how car will look as finished article, couple other minor things to do. cant wait.

had to unrap the dunnell management so can suss everything on it, got the user manual and loom build pin layout off paul dunnell who is really helpful!!! just gave him my serial number and he sent me the needed info and answered my questions to!!!

after labelling it all up i taped it up and left the few labells on that i wanted/needed. iv since fitted it, all except the ignition parts as again need power to the car to check ignition wire on back of barrel.

as boribg as it is lol i dug out a fresh starter i kept after breaking a mk3 cab!! if its not new then its good 2nd hand, maybe with a lick of paint to... but in the engine bay its all looking quite fresh as a result. (will get decent bay pics ater i fit strut brace)

also got my wheels back... they have a nice gold shine to them in the light but admittingly look a little bronze/brown without light.... but its hard finding a nice gold gold and not use the usual yellow golds or subaru golds!

only problem im faced with is the bolts are longer than the old ones so need to cut them right down, and as iv now got cossie 4x4 calipers up front i got a feeling il be needing slight 3-5 mm spacers on front. once sorted il put them on and get sum decent pics.
