When you say all the wires and sensors what exactly are you getting?
If its EVERYTHING from a car with a working system then you can indeed wire it in easily enough, there will be a 3 pin plug behind the clocks which has power etc, and you'll need to wire and install the fuel flow sender, speed sensor and another feed from level sender.
It's much easier on efi cars but still do able on MRI if you get the right bits and they all work.
