Think ive found the problem......

Because the swedish plenum bolt holes didnt line up to the bottom section of the original IM I decided to have the two sections of IM welded together. What i havent realised upto now is that some of the holes did line up and i havent blocked those holes off... thus allowing air to be drawn into the manifold.

Will block the holes and report the results.
