I'm a newbie latching on to an old post - hopefully this post will move it up to a more visible place in the listings.

I've got the same problem as stevetuk and Mehan; I've had this problem ever since I bought my '58 plate Focus 1.8 TDCi but I didn't realise it was a problem 'til I got it serviced. Like Mehan found, Ford want 200 quid to repair it. What happens is that when I double lock the car (I like to see the indicators flash ) by pressing the remote twice on the second press the central locking makes a really loud buzz. It's coming from both front door locks in my case. Anyone know what causes it and how to cure it?
