need help guys

had to re hash laptop as in re set it but before i did this i backed everything up onto 7 dvds so have now reset the lappy back to factory settings and loaded the recovery discs back in .there now in 3 files with multiple files in them so what i need to know is how do i get all of this put back onto the desk top especially itunes as i have over 20g of music on there and dont want to rest my ipod as i borrowed a load od discs off mates and the like
