ABS/TC light could be down to a broken wire to one of the sensors, do you run bigger wheels or standard? 17's are known for scrubbing on lock and where they do scrub is right where the sensor runs!

also it could be the sensor itself, its just a magnet thats bolted into the hub if dirt gets between it and the tone ring it can send the light on as its not picking up a signal (thats what happend on my puma) spray some brake cleaner at it and see if it cures it!

Loss of power? try maf or lambda sensor both are common on puma's and can cause a lack of power or hesitation when accelerating.
