It shows that your radio and other lighting have some short circuit because some time if the wires have remove their insolution from them by accidently or may be your car is too old so they touch with each other which can weak the battery. You can check them. If they are ok then I think its not a big problem you have to run the car over 1 or 2 hours and then the battery will again charge itself. gud luck...!!
