Very odd one that.
Yes it could have snapped or pinched the clutch hydraulic pipe,I've never heard of this but it certainly sounds that way.
Where the clutch pipe goes into the box there should be a bleed nipple next to it.
Get someone to pump the pedal for you and try bleeding it out through that first,that should at least prove you've got fluid getting there.
Also,as a quick simple check in the fluid reservoir is fully up as well as the clutch is fed from the top of that so make sure that's fully topped before you bleed it as well.
