one thing to remember is that the 330d engines can be remapped beyond the the capabilities of the manual gear box! This is why DMS automotive (Porsche / Mercedes / BMW) tuners will normally limit the torque of their maps (unless you ask them not to) so you don't destroy your gearbox! My 330d is standard and that isn't bad and my mates chipped one would beat a standard M3 between 30 and 110mph!

The M sport suspension is also an option and really good too! I would definitely recommend it if you like to push things a bit with a chipped one!
