right, after taking a harder look at the issues i was getting in event viewer, it does infact seem like other software, partly, for the errors.

After most of friday night and today looking on the interweb for answers ive managed to get it down to 1 from about 11,ive deleted,updated and absolutely done my utmost to eliminate these issues.
The 1 i have left is:
