For that power the pace cooler will be fine, the rad will also still get plenty of air so no issues there!! I had 200 bhp with a standard engibe with a Kent CVH 35 and Pace cooler!

With the correct cam its not essential that you do any head work you will hit around the 200 mark given your standard MFI is up to the job. The valves are huge standard so making them bigger is not required at your level of tune!!
