I know this sounds silly but I use the wrong oil, the higher grade in my st 2, the reason being is that its thicker and takes longer to break down, so basically I can drive longer and harder without having to put more oil in all the time. When the car went for a service at fords they even said its runs like new for an ST with 115,000 on the clock.
