Well taking on board your comments, I'm going to go with the Powerflex (I have read lots of horror stories about the flo-flex ones).

I'll let you know how I get on. Presumable lots of WD40 and PlusGas will be useful. I also presume that the Powerflex bushes pop in nice and easy?
