i need 1 rod for my 200 block pinto

im having trouble getting 1 rod

is there much difference is 1.6 rods an pistons? would it work ok/at all with my 200 block an standard 200-205 crank?

or would 205 rods an pistons be better?

could i just replace all my 200 block rods for the set of 205 rods?
