There's a stream in our village that soon turns into a river when it rains. Its an old bit of street level bridge that it goes under so it has sagged quite a bit making the bit of road that floods even deeper. However, its only a few meters so people see it as a big puddle an hit it at 30mph.

Walking the dog in the week there was 4 broken down cars bumper to bumper on the side of the road. Surely a normal person would see the water, and the steamy broken down car the other side an maybe slow down?!
