Just registered to see if anyone had any suggestions for this problem.

The car seems to start fine but the revs are too low to keep it running & cuts out straight away. I've found that if I keep my foot pressed slightly on the accelerator for a couple of minutes the revs will eventually jump up & then work fine.

Seems to take longer for the revs to jump up if I haven't used it for a while, for example I haven't used the car since Wednesday & have just been sat in it for fifteen mins waiting for it to start properly with no luck.
