Insp 2 at a non dealer will be about £600 and thats a full monty inc tappet check/adjustment gear oil, diff oil etc. Tyres are dependant on what quality you want. A top end set of tyres will be £800 (sizes are 225/35/19 front, 255/35/19 rear, not sure on the 18's if it has them)

For service parts, the discs are expensive but all the other service parts are well priced (has to be run on Castrol 10w60 as recommended by BMW and takes 5.5L, Eurocarparts had a deal on the other week £28 for 4L).
