Default 05 Mondeo 2.0 TDCI Limp home mode issue

Hi,
I have a 2005 TDCI Mondeo LX, 122k miles. I recently had the car serviced and not long afterwards it began to go into limp home mode. This happens after some motorway driving and normally when accelerating away from a toll booth at around 50-60 mph and in 4th or 5th gear. At slower speeds its fine. It doesn't matter if I'm accelerating hard or soft it still happens, but not on a regular basis, sometimes it happens other times it doesn't.
I've had the injectors and egr cleaned and the car feels great until the limp home mode occurs. The mechanic was able to recreate it under hard acceleration and is now a bit stumped as to what is causing it. He did have a similar issue with another mondeo which turned to be the fuel suction pump, but that car was in bad shape.

Any help would be great as a new fuel suction pump is an expensive job.
Diagnostic fault codes that showed up are as follows:
P1211 Inj. Ctrl Press. High/Low (Eng. On)
P2291 Injector Control Pressure
P0251 Injection pump A
Cheers
