I have just had some one buy an item from my site, he used paypale, but my add clearly said to collect and pay cash. I am now getting short changed thanks to haveing to pay Pay pale charges. You signed up to use their service, so abide by their rules. The rules say that sellers HAVE to accept Paypal payments. If you don't like it, you are free to sell your stuff elsewhere.
You should price your stuff to allow for the costs of doing business.
