Default 4- pot caliper help

ive recently got hold of a secondhand wilwood front setup for my car, upon inspecting the disks ive noticed one of them has uneven wear either side of the vanes, i thought maybe a seized piston?

so i removed the pads from the caliper and ive found what appears to be damage to the piston seal?, pictures below :

i think its best if i strip the caliper down and rebuild it, but as it will be my first time :

has anyone had this before? or refurbed a similar caliper? i doubt its a hard job but maybe there is a guide somewhere and a recommendation of where i could find a seal kit/ replacement part?

cheers guys!
