temp gauge goes up to bottom of red line before fans kick in i know its not overheating as i can open expansion bottle when gauge is at the top and the water is not boiling why is gauge not staying in the middle as it should also smell of fuems when driving is bad proper breather on each side of the block no oil leaks or exhaust leaks also rev counter not working any advice would be great sure someones had the same problems beforee
