so as it is now everyone going through the tunnel pays, under new system only uk registered vehicles have to pay, as they won't go chasing over seas registered vehicles i'm sure, so yet again the british driver gets screwed while all other European drivers use it for free, can see i will have to use my american plates on my pickup when i go through the tunnel once this is put in place, will save me using the blackwell tunnel
