All road charges should just be put on fuel, the more you drive the more you pay.
No need for road tax then, and everybody would have to pay.

They already are
Its yet another way to sting people who use the roads... They should be looking at earning revenue elsewhere, or not wasting so much of it on illegal immigrants and overseas handouts!
