Default Need 2 insure

Just to say thank you to Need 2 Insure, I cancelled my policy (by mutual agreement) after a misunderstanding of the policy terms and conditions, this after only 12 hours cover. One week later I received a fair refund on monies paid. I spoke to 3 different members of their staff to clarify my concerns and ALL of them could not have been more helpful.
I know others might have had difficulties from reading other reports but I am only stating my own dealings with the company and would not hesitate to ask for another quote.
