Now I want to start servicing my Mondeo myself.
I've decided if I download the schedule off etis I can make notes on it, sight & date it and staple all the reciepts for the parts to it. That way I feel less guilty by not keeping the service history upto date!

Thing is in the past I've had a sump bolt have to be drilled out and a caliper bolt that stripped a thread.
Thing is if I had the right taps and repair kits to hand I wouldn't have had half the hassle I did.

I'm wondering if I should keep some Taps and Helicoils/Timeserts to hand in the garage just incase.

Do any of you do it?
