Try new spark plugs for the loss of power issue.

As for the light, they may have damaged the wiring going into one of the hubs to the abs sensor, if the wire is damaged or the sensor is broken, the light will illuminate.

Sounds like youve let some right cowboys work on it if you taken it to be repaired and its come back fixed but with new issues !
