Hi
Had new brake pads put on my Puma 1.7 1998.
This is work I needed for MOT, after he had put them on, ABS and TC (wheel with stones flying up!!) stayed on. Checked all the fuses, nothing, mechanic says he did nothing that would effect the lights, and calipers etc were all ok and that he wouldn't have touched the sensors, so it can't be anything he did. Any idea how I solve that?
(Sorry, I know I have lots of questions, but my bf is a 'bodge king' and I don't trust a word he says!!!

He would rather just have the bulbs taken out of the dash for the MOT!!!

See what I mean!!! lol xoxox)
Also, have an acceleration issue; bottoms out if I try to accerate too fast, poodles around, but can't pull out fast or accerate fast. Will go to speed if I let it climb gradually, but no 'boy racer' power!!! LOL

Just filled it with lovely high performance fuel and a dose of reddex, but still bottoms out, although it's running smoother. Could it be the airflow meter??
It's had; new brakes, used catalytic converter, new springs and shocks on the front, welding on the offside.
The exhaust centre that fitted the cat. converter, had to have all the relevant parts moved out of the way etc to put it on, and now I have a clunking noise in the gearbox (engine off) and gears don't feel the same. Should I take it back to them and ask them to fix it?
Need my MOT, but of course, won't pass with warning lights on!! I hate the bus!!
Many thanks for reading my post ev1, much appreciate any helpful advice
