Its spam to sell/ advertize stuff without paying for the advert- or a virus attack for some reason. the links could be full of malware so don't click them - the reason it looks like gobildygook is its translated directly from another language - these things pop up all over the web but a lot of sites have security in place to prevent them coming through - forums tend to be more relaxed and seem to be targeted more now

- there is probably someone working 24-7 deleting these things and this is the tip of the iceberg

A more stringent sign up process with catchpas and/ or questions would help prevent them coming through/ cut it down a bit
