what had happened was the answer was in my post ,you know where the pressure release valve is guverned by the spring and we all know to make a high pressure pump is to change the spring to one with a higher tension to make pressure valve open later well the high pressure pump i fitted had the little brass plug wound in to far from the factory and no sealer on to act as a stop normaly when you see the oil pump you see a red sealer around brass lug this is the stop point but it can be wound in another 1/4 inch and thus this causes more tension on the spring and a later opening and an increase in pressure so all i did was removed the lug put sealer around it and wound it in untill it was in a rough position like my old pump then adjusted it a quarter of a turn untill pressure was as stated in my post
i hope people suffering with low oil pressure reading this post dont start playing with the lug adjustment as your low oil pressure could be a number of other things like bearings or oil pump ect ect

This has been a massive help, did you adjust when the car was running?
Just started my rebuilt engine with new pump on and shot off the scale on pressure gauge past 7 bar then blew seal on filter.
