Can anyone recommend someone or a company that can removes dents in or close to Essex?

Only whilst i was on holiday last week my car has been hit twice in car parks one someone scuffed my rear bumper that had just been painted the a few days before we went, then today i gave the car a good clean after doing 1000miles and noticed a scuff and dent on the rear passenger side door
