Hi all!

Basically does anybody know the normal operating temperature of a 1.6 zetec se black top engine?
Have done the dash test and found that mine is running at around 102-108 degrees at a steady 70 mph. However the cooling fans begin to kick in at 105 degrees.
Normal town driving and the car registers temps in the high 90's
Does this mean the car is running to hot, or are the fans too keen?
The temp gauge needle does'nt move from halfway and all fluid levels are fine as i've just replaced the coolant.
Any info on this would be gratefully recieved.
