I owned a 170, very dissappointed with the car, a fuel filter change helped a little but it drank the stuff when you tried to eek out what little performance you had. Gearbox is a joke too. I prefered the raft of standard Mk1s ive owned over the years. The RS is definately the Mk1 to go for.
