Default High idle on saph, dodgy wiring to phase sensor, or likely cause?

Historic issue with my saph, been doing it on/off for years then it goes away and i never quite figured it out or cared until yesterday.....

Anyway, it idles nice and smooth, but sometimes it develops a mind of it's own and idles at 3k rpm, and the amal valve flickers open/closed.

It's always worse when it's been sitting, last night i fired it up and it ran like a dog for a bit, then when it heated up it runs at 3k rpm.

i'd just like to say that it is DEFINATELY a wiring issue and NOT the ISCV, when i touch the wires near the phase/tps it goes back to normal, then jumps up again. Now, from looking at the wiring I would've thought that the issue would lie with the tps wiring, but it definately seems like it's the phase sensor that makes it erratic, i'll also say that the sensors are new so it is not the actual phase sensor that is at fault.
