You need the all disc non ABS DOHC 8v Sierra servo & M/C.

Or use ABS without valve block but with wiring etc.

And get some mk3 Mondeo calipers with pads to suit, 300mm discs from Focus 170, that is a cheap upgrade. Depends on your wheel size though.
