Its gonna come down to either your budget or how far do you want to go scenario.There are quite a few peeps on here familiar with your choices of turbos and power levels. There are other turbos i.e Borg Warner that are getting good results but its a ground up conversion imo. Everything has to be spot on or it,ll be unreliable .
