Seems a fooking lot to me...but he said we go in way OTT to stop it then we cut down......he didthiscause i only ever used the ventolin pump....and i noticed i started to use it 4 times a day plus
i just feel so unfit at the mo but apparently its asthma.
My peak flow rate is 740 when i take it after the ventolin which apparently is very good
....i been monitering and once it starts to decline say to 600 i use ventolin...hopefully al this med works...nothing worse than not being able to breathe properly
I use Becotide , Ventolln & Seretide 50 & when its bad Seretide 100.
Diagnosed 15 years ago have learned to live with it. This year hads been a bad year & it gives me probs most mornings. Welcome to the club.
Only advice try not to panic if you have a bad attack, let the people trying to help do the panic-ing.

ps. Forget the constant monitoring its just up-setting & dont help in any way. You will know when you need Ventollin. Agree nothing worse than not being able to breathe, have collapsed on a couple of occasions & that was scary, mainly for the missus, but its rarely fatal so best not to worry only makes it worse.
