The doc gave me a Becotide250 to take twice two times a day plus twice two times aday serevent Seems a fooking lot to me...but he said we go in way OTT to stop it then we cut down......he didthiscause i only ever used the ventolin pump....and i noticed i started to use it 4 times a day plus i just feel so unfit at the mo but apparently its asthma.

My peak flow rate is 740 when i take it after the ventolin which apparently is very good ....i been monitering and once it starts to decline say to 600 i use ventolin...hopefully al this med works...nothing worse than not being able to breathe properly
