Put my focus up for sale and had a call from a Evans salesman wanting to buy it to sell to a customer.
I have checked it out and everything seems legit but I'm worried that they are going to give me a cheque when the car is collected and send off a cheque to pay off the remainder of the finance when they get the car.
Has anybody had dealings like this before with main dealers?I'm getting what I want for the car but I didn't think anybody used cheques anymore as it takes 5 days for it to clear,meanwhile they have my car???
